For your own Civil ID, contact PACI

Civil ID Status is an independent guide, not PACI. We cannot check your card status, change your details, approve a request or speed up an application. For questions about your own Civil ID, contact PACI directly.

Never email us your Civil ID number, envelope number, passport, photos of your card or any other personal documents. We do not need them to answer your question, and we will delete any personal documents we receive.
